TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

2. SUBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and Users (customers) who use the online store to purchase goods (textiles, home decor).

3. ORDERING AND DELIVERY

  • Orders are accepted 24 hours a day by completing the corresponding form on the website. After completing the order, the user receives confirmation via email or telephone.
  • Delivery is carried out by courier companies Econt/Speedy to an address or courier office.
  • The delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days.
  • The delivery price is calculated in the cart before finalizing the order.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices on the website are in EUR, include VAT
  • Prices may be changed without prior notice.
  • Payment methods: online card payments, cash on delivery via Postal Money Order (PPO).
  • When paying by Cash on Delivery, the User receives a document from the courier, which pursuant to Ordinance N-18 replaces the fiscal receipt. Please keep this document!

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN (CPA)

  • The User has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days without stating a reason.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in marketable condition.
  • The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the User.
  • The refund will be made by bank transfer within 7 business days after receipt of the returned product.

6. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

  • In case of an established manufacturing defect or incorrectly dispatched product, the Seller covers the costs of replacement or return.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

  • The Seller collects personal data (name, address, telephone, email) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The data is not disclosed to third parties, except to the courier company for delivery purposes.

8. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION BODY
