Exchange and Return Policy

At Lintera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt.

1. Conditions for Return

For a shipment to be accepted back, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • They must be in their original packaging and in marketable condition.
  • They must not have been washed, ironed, or used.
  • There must be no traces of odors or stains.
  • The cash receipt or proof of purchase (postal money order receipt) must be included.

2. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at office@lintera.bg to inform us of your decision and provide your IBAN and the account holder's full name for the refund.
  2. Send the product to our Speedy office (Sofia, Mladost 3 branch).
  3. Important: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of defective goods or incorrect model sent by us.

3. Refund

  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will refund the amount within 7 working days.
  • Refunds are made only via bank transfer to the customer's personal bank account provided.
  • Note: Initial shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Product Exchange

If you would like a different size or pattern:

  • Contact us to reserve the desired product.
  • We can arrange the "Exchange" service through a courier, where you hand over the old tablecloth and receive the new one on site. Courier service costs in both directions are borne by the customer.
